Bio
Dr. Campbell grew up in St. Louis , Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri – Columbia for her undergraduate degree. She met her husband Russell Benson, MD in her third year of undergraduate studies while she was working for the summer at the VA hospital in Columbia , Missouri . They stayed in Columbia, Missouri until Dr. Campbell completed medical school. She completed a family medicine residency at Kansas University Medical Center. Dr. Campbell and her husband then moved to Kansas City for a practice opportunity for her husband and residency for Dr. Campbell. Together, they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Dr. Campbell enjoys following Royals Baseball and the Kansas City Chiefs. She enjoys outdoor , warm weather activities including swimming and jogging. Dr. Campbell has many patients who have been in her care for more than 20 years. She practices the full range of family medicine including pediatrics, woman’s health care and elder care. She has added credentials in Aesthetics , including laser hair removal and IPL, Botox cosmetic and Dermal fillers and laser treatment of stress incontinence and vaginal dryness.
