We are pleased to announce that our office is joining the AdventHealth network. As of June 26, Leawood Family Care will become part of AdventHealth Medical Group and our new practice name will be AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at College Boulevard.

Patients who have an up-to-date mailing address on file with our office should receive a notification letter with additional details about this transition. If you did not receive a letter, or if you have specific questions regarding this change, please call our office at 913-338-4515.

Same-day appointments available

Appointments with our family physicians include annual physicals, periodic office visits for disease management, injuries, illnesses, and many other issues you would like to address. We offer same-day appointments for last-minute issues that arise.

Priority Care Walk-In Clinic

Our walk-in service is available seven days a week for your unexpected, non-emergency needs—no appointment necessary. Two of our providers staff our walk-in clinic, with at least one being a physician. We see patients in the order they check in.

Aesthetic treatment technologies help patients improve their skin care and outward appearance. Leawood Family Care offers a variety of aesthetic services to patients already partnering with our team on their journey to better health.
